For accurate analysis, take clear photos in natural lighting. Hold items close to your face or wear them so the app can compare the colors to your complexion. Avoid harsh shadows or artificial lighting that might distort colors.
Are my photos stored or shared?
No, your photos are processed locally on your device when possible, or immediately deleted from our servers after analysis. We never store, share, or use your photos for any other purpose. Your privacy is our priority.
What are seasonal color palettes?
Seasonal color analysis is a system that categorizes people into different "seasons" (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) based on their natural coloring. Each season has specific colors that enhance your appearance and others that may wash you out.
The app says a color doesn't suit me, but I love wearing it. What should I do?
